Meal-plan selection, recommendation logic, and smoother decision-making
Healthy Meal Subscription
Gamifying a healthier weekly meal planning flow.
Fit2Go is a prepared-meal ordering product built around weekly meal plans, nutrition targets, and pre-order delivery. My contribution focused on improving and gamifying the plan-selection experience.
Overview
Fit2Go offers high-protein, low-calorie prepared meals with weekly ordering and subscription flows.
The product helps users choose plans based on goals, then preorder meals for the week with nutrition already computed across calories, carbs, and protein.
My role was focused on improving how users figure out what they should order based on factors like weight, age, allergies, food preferences, and spice tolerance.
What Stands Out
01
I was brought in to improve one key product flow, not to build the full platform.
02
The main challenge was reducing friction in a decision-heavy meal planning experience.
03
The solution direction was to make the process feel more guided, more playful, and easier to finish.
My Role
Improved the calculator and recommendation journey around dietary goals and personal inputs.
Helped shape a more gamified experience so users could move through meal-plan selection with less drop-off.
Focused on the part of the journey where users estimate what and how many meals they may need in a week.
Product Context
Users need help deciding based on body metrics and food constraints, not just by browsing meals manually.
The product includes customization around allergens, ingredients, and dietary preferences.
Because meals are pre-ordered and scheduled, the recommendation step has a strong effect on conversion.
The live product covers weekly ordering, nutrition-aware meal planning, subscription flows, and a guided selection journey for prepared meals.
